Your Initial Consultation and Intake Exam are conducted online, allowing for through case research and evaluation prior to your first in person visit. By gathering all of your medical history, test results in advance we can be as effective and efficient as possible to assist in your healing.

The first in-person appointment, we will take your pulses and examine your tongue to confirm your diagnosis based on the intake exam. You will receive your initial acupuncture treatment as well as nutritional and life style recommendations. We will design your treatment plan towards a return to wellness and balance.

If you are needle-sensitive and/or prefer a botanical approach , we offer Chinese Herbal Medicine services independent of Acupuncture. Plant-based medicine is the oldest branch of this 5000 year old tradition. Nutritional counseling, meditation, Tui Na Massage, Internal Chinese Martial Arts and Qigong are also available to support your healing journey.
